We prefer to take clients through a long offseason before starting prep, so we have time to build up any weak areas and get to know how your body works. 

However, if appropriate for you, you can begin comp prep coaching (if there are spots) as late as 16 weeks before your first competition and can wrap up as soon as 4 weeks after your last competition for the season. 

We require 4 weeks post comp as a minimum to help you through the 'recovery phase'.

When, if, and with who you begin coaching with will depend on your needs and coach availability.

No. We do take on first-time competitors, however, we will not agree to put you up on stage until we believe you are up to standard. 

Your coach will advise you through a longer offseason first to build up your weak points (with either muscle size or symmetry, body fat levels, or nutritional knowledge and/or habits) before beginning your prep phase for stage. 

Due to clients being all over the world, and coaches also travelling, it may not be possible or practical to have your coach at your show.

However, your coach will be fully contactable via phone or email at all times. Competitors heading into a competition are always the coach's top priority. 

Your coach will determine this. The length is determined by a number of factors including but not limited to: 

- Your current supplement status

- Health status 

- Your ability to comply 

- Amount of weight loss required

- If you require a growth phase before the cut 

- If your lifestyle is set up for a successful prep
